How are your designs printed?

Our glassware and mugs are UV printed. My designs are drawn/created then printed straight onto the glassware and mugs using UV ink and UV light system in my printer. 

Can I use the glass tumblers for hot drinks?

Please do not pour boiling water directly into your glass. The glass gets incredibly hot and you will be unable to pick it up without burning your hands. Please keep this in mind when filling with warm liquid.

Can I put my glasses and mugs in the dishwasher?

Your glassware is pretty unique and we want you to get the best life out of it. We highly recommend to hand wash in warm soapy water 

If you choose to pop your glass in the dishwasher, pop it on the top shelf only, 40 degrees Celsius or less and ensure the glass is not touching other objects.

Dishwasher at own risk - Slow Sundays Club is not responsible for damage caused by a dishwasher.

Can I use the glass tumblers for cold drinks?

Absolutely. Our tumblers are designed for icy cold drinks. Please note, it is best to place liquid in the glass before adding ice. This avoids the ice hitting the bottom of the jar too hard and cracking the glass. 

What's your turnaround time?

Please allow 3-4 Business days for order processing. Please allow increased order processing time during any launch, sale or gifting season such as Black Friday or Christmas. 

Why does the lid come with an O ring?

The use of the O ring allows the lid to seal properly in the jar. Due to the way our glasses are manufactured, there can be variations with size. The O ring ensures a perfect fit. 

Is the lid BPA free?

Yes. The lid and O ring are BPA free and food grade silicone. 

Do you ship internationally? 

Unfortunately, we are not currently offering international shipping due to the products being fragile. 

How long does shipping take?

We ship all orders with Australia Post. Please allow 7-12 business days depending on your location. All orders are shipped from the Sunshine Coast, Queensland. 

During busy sale periods such us Black Friday and Christmas, please expect extended delivery timeframes.

My parcel arrived damaged, now what?

Firstly, we sorry your parcel arrived in such condition. Please email us the details including photos of the damage including a photo of the box it arrived in. We take great pride in ensuring that we package each order with care to avoid potential damage but understand sometimes these things can happen!

Is it safe to drink out of the jar after using my candle? 

Yes, the candle manufacturer Stump and Co has advised it is safe to use the candle jar to drink from after the candle jar has been thoroughly cleaned removing all wax.
