Shipping & Handling

Postage

Flat rate Australia wide shipping $12.50 per order.

Delivery

Orders are shipped from Sunshine Coast, Queensland.

Orders are shipped via Australia post. Please allow 3-4 business days for your order to be processed prior to being shipped. 

For Western Australia, South Australia and Northern Territory, please allow 10-14 working days for delivery. 

Please note, once parcel has been sent, shipping times and delivery is completely out of our control. Slow Sundays Club is not responsible for delayed delivery. 

All parcels will be left in a safe spot if you are not home to receive or taken to your local post office if the driver can't leave it in a safe spot. 

Please triple check your delivery address. If parcel is returned to Slow Sundays Club for any reason, receiver is responsible for full redelivery costs.

Tracking

Tracking will be provided with all orders. Please keep an eye on your email address provided when placing your order for these details once your order has been shipped.

Packaging

Orders are packaged with the uppermost care. If your order happens to arrive damaged, please email us clear images of the damage including the box condition to hello@slowsundaysclub.com.au

You may also notice (especially with bigger orders) that the boxes we use are recycled. Doing this not only helps the planet but helps keeps postage costs down for both you and Slow Sundays Club. 

Pick up

Unfortunately, as our business operates from our home, we are unable to offer a pickup option at this time.
